Distance Sales Agreement

2. Subject and Scope

This agreement governs the usage terms of the Pusula ERP software subscription service purchased by the Buyer through www.pusulaerp.com.tr. The agreement has been prepared in accordance with Türkiye Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Service Information

• Pusula ERP — cloud-based project management and ERP software
• Service type: SaaS (Software as a Service) — digital subscription
• Access: through a web browser on internet-connected devices
• Delivery: occurs instantly and electronically once payment is approved

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Subscription fees are determined by the chosen plan and are shown excluding VAT on the pricing page. The applicable VAT rate in Türkiye is added to the fee. Payments are made by bank transfer or wire. Subscriptions are billed annually and renew at the end of the period unless cancelled by the user.

5. Delivery Terms

Pusula ERP is a digital service; no physical delivery is involved. Once payment is approved, the Buyer's account is activated and access to the service is provided immediately. Access details are sent to the email address provided during registration.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content and services where performance has begun with the consumer's consent. After payment is completed and access to the service has begun, Pusula ERP is outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.

The 14-day free trial is offered so the Buyer can experience the platform without commitment.

7. Subscription Cancellation and Refund

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; following cancellation, the service continues to be available until the end of the current period. Partial period refund requests are not entertained. For service-interruption refund inquiries please contact bilgi@pusulaerp.com.tr.

8. Privacy and Data Security

The Buyer's personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy and protected under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

9. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, resolution is sought first via the contact channels. If a resolution cannot be reached, the courts of the Republic of Türkiye and Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction.

10. Effectiveness

This agreement enters into force when the Buyer clicks the "Confirm and Pay" button or completes the payment, and is deemed accepted by the parties.
